Terms of Business (Summary)

By working with us, you accept the terms outlined below. A full version of our Terms & Conditions is available on request or provided during Resume/CV submissions.

1. Engagement

  • Engaging, interviewing, or hiring a candidate we introduce constitutes acceptance of our terms.

  • These terms override any others unless agreed in writing.

  • We retain responsibility for all work and do not subcontract without prior consent.

2. Our Commitment

  • We’ll do our best to introduce candidates who match your needs and are eligible to work.

  • We aim to verify candidate qualifications and identity before introduction.

  • We cannot guarantee the suitability of every candidate.

4. Your Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and complete vacancy details, including job requirements.

  • Notify us within 24 hours if you're already aware of a candidate we introduce.

  • Keep us informed of any changes to job or candidate-related details.

  • Conduct your own reference and background checks.

  • Inform us immediately of any offer, acceptance, or material change to candidate pay or contract terms.

  • Inform us if a candidate is introduced to third parties to ensure clarity on fees.

5. Fees

  • Our standard fee is 30% of the candidate’s total first-year remuneration, subject to a £10,000 minimum (ex. VAT).

  • Alternative payment plans are available upon written agreement.

  • If a fixed-term hire is made or extended, fees will be adjusted proportionately.

  • Payment is due within 14 days of invoice. Interest may apply on overdue payments.

6. Candidate Ownership

  • If you engage a candidate we introduced within 12 months, our fee is payable — regardless of the channel through which you later hire them.
